- Both chauffeurs and passengers should wash their hands frequently with soap and water during the day.
- Chauffeurs and passengers should avoid physical contact, such as handshakes, and maintain 1,5 meters (5 feet) of distance when possible.
- Chauffeurs should always have a hand sanitizer readily available for passengers to use.
Vaccination status
- All chauffeurs are fully vaccinated.
- We do not require proof of vaccination from the passengers.
Checklist for Chauffeurs and passengers
- Chauffeurs and passengers must wear a FFP2 mask during the ride.
- Chauffeurs and passengers do not have and do not suspect that they may have COVID-19.
- Chauffeurs and passengers are not experiencing symptoms commonly associated with COVID-19, such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
Vehicle cleaning instructions for the chauffeur
- Chauffeurs should perform a full vehicle cleaning daily paying special attention to areas where someone would place their hand when opening or closing the door.
- • Chauffeurs should thoroughly vacuum all carpeted areas.
- • After cleaning and drying all areas of the vehicle, a disinfecting process should follow.
- Chauffeurs should treat frequently touched areas thoroughly with disinfectant wipes.
