The procedure for a pick-up at Vienna Airport
Your chauffeur will be waiting for you with a personal name sign in the arrivals hall of Vienna Airport directly after the customs exit. He will certainly be on time, as we check all flights for their actual arrival time.
An hour’s waiting time is included after landing to give you enough time to collect your luggage and clear customs.
From the arrivals hall, your chauffeur will take care of your luggage and guide you to the vehicle. Once your luggage has been loaded and you are comfortably seated, the journey begins directly to your hotel or another address of your choice.
